Wig Exchange Policy

Please ensure that you thoroughly inspect your hair prior to using and installing your gorgeous tresses.
We exercise a very strict quality control process to ensure that our clients receive only the best virgin hair available. All products we offer on this website are custom made to your preference. If for any reason the items you ordered does not suit your needs, we offer a hassle-free exchange policy on all unworn and unaltered items. TERMS OF EXCHANGE

  1. All items have to be unworn and unaltered or changed in any way. (brushed, combed, picked, cut, removed from the weft or processed)

  2. All exchanges need to be done within 5 business days of receipt.

  3. Item can be exchanged for same value or less with no money back.

FULL EXCHANGE POLICY

At LLHC, we maintain a very high level of quality assurance. All our hair is prepared and professionally packaged. Everything goes through a rigorous process to make sure you are receiving the best quality product possible. All hair orders are thoroughly inspected before shipping. It is our primary focus to make sure you are completely satisfied. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.

Exchanges

  1. Requests must be made within 5 calendar days from the date you receive your package. Any exchange request after 5 calendar days will not be honored. We will not accept any merchandise, which has been used or altered (brushed, combed, picked, cut, removed from the weft or processed) in any way. According to Federal law you cannot return human hair products that have been used. This includes removing the hair from the bundle. We adhere to these strict policies with respect to hair returns, hygiene concerns and federal law. Please return the item in the original and resalable condition as a necessary health precaution. Note that perming, coloring or rinsing, lifting, cutting the hair off the weft or otherwise processing the hair voids ALL EXCHANGE AND REPLACEMENT guarantees.

  2. Merchandise must be in its original condition.

  3. Product must be exchanged for something of equal or greater value. No refunds will be permitted.

  4. You must send the product back to us in order to process the exchange. In order to process an exchange, the unwanted product would need to be sent back using our preaddressed labels. Once your product has been received it will be examined thoroughly. If the product has been returned unused, in its original condition we will exchange the product for something of equal or greater value.

Haircare Products Line Return Policy (only)

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refunds (if applicable)


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.


If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 48 hours.


Late or missing refunds (if applicable)


If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.


Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
