LAVISH LOCS IS CURRENTLY NOT ACCEPTING NEW CLIENTS. IF YOU ARE NOT A CURRENT CLIENT AND YOU BOOK AN APPOINTMENT, YOUR APPOINTMENT WILL BE CANCELLED. Virtual 30min Free Consultation: Lavish Locs hair consultations are free. We’ll walk you through all your options, then we’ll customize your wig or hairpiece just for you! During this 45 mins consultation we will talk about what unit would work best for you and your lifestyle. CANCELATION POLICY We understand that sometimes schedules change and therefore requests at least 24 hours’ notice when canceling or rescheduling your appointment.(VIA PHONE OR EMAIL No Text or Direct Message) A credit card is required to hold your appointment. Appointments canceled within 24 hours or for which clients are a “No-Show” for will incur a charge of 50% of the service amount. (Free consultations cancelations fee is $25.00) Please note that if you are over 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may have to reschedule your service if it cannot be completed in the remaining time frame. All attempts to reschedule in a timely manner will be made. If we do not hear from you 15 or more minutes into your scheduled appointment time it is considered a “No-Show” and your card will be charged for 50% of the service scheduled.
